Scottish Highland piping and drumming on the Palouse since 1974

Since 1974, the pipes and drums of the Border Highlanders have provided Moscow, Pullman, and surrounding areas with Scottish Highland piping and drumming. We perform music for parades, weddings, funerals, and special events throughout the year, and each year in January the band hosts Moscow’s Robert Burns Dinner. We also act as the pipe and drum corps for the University of Idaho; when we’re acting in that capacity, we switch out our Fraser Hunting Ancient tartan for the bold colors of the Vandal Tartan.
